"P" Series

Base: "P" series thermoplastic powder coating are based on "LDPE" plastic.
Application: This product is recommended for refrigeratory, pothook, armguard, for indoor and outdoor applications, and electrical appliances.

Safety information: This powder coating is a kind of innocuous product, but should avoid dust in use process. Suggest to operate the personnel to wear the fit dust palliative mouth-muffle, glasses.

Coating Characteristics: The PE powder coating has high chemistry resistance, electricity resistance and low temperature resistance, good film thickness, good flexility;

2. Curning condition:

a) Per-treatment of the work piece: Heat the work piece to 250-350°C (according to different size of the work pieces and different indoor tempertaure);

b) drip the work piece into flow bed for 4-8 seconds, take out of the work pieces and for 180-190°C/2-5 min flowing.
